Visitors can explore the archaeological site \u201e<strong>\u201cWilder See\u201e on the \u201cMitterberg\u2019. <\/strong>The free guided tours start at <strong>10.00 am <\/strong>and provide an insight into the latest research findings.<\/p>\n<p>Directions: Walkers can reach the site via the Hochkeil or along the forest track from the Arthurhaus (walking time approx. 30\u201335 minutes, depending on fitness level). The best way to get to our excavation site is via the footpath starting from the Arthurhaus. On 19 September, signposts will also be placed along the route to help with navigation.<\/p>\n<p>From the Arthurhaus, walk along the wide, gravelly \u201cMurmeltierweg\u201d, initially following the footpath towards Stegalm. Then stay on path no. 18. After 20\u201330 minutes, you\u2019ll come to the first turn-off on the right, leading up the slope. Follow this path uphill and you\u2019ll reach the excavation site shortly afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>If in doubt, follow the signposts that have been put up specifically for this purpose from the Arthurhaus onwards.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Am Samstag, dem 19.
