Get to know a tool, how you can "Seemingly difficult topics" can address.

An idea for possible topics:

• "If I point out mistakes as a boss, everyone is angry with me for weeks"
• "I find it difficult to raise my concerns or complaints with superiors or colleagues
• "My father/mother still explains to me how the world works and that drives me crazy"
• "My partner keeps doing things that have been bothering me for a long time and I don't know how to tell him/her"

Find out how you can organise such or similar conversations.

Procedure: In the morning we will work together on a little theory about this tool and in the afternoon we will test how it sounds in practice.

Speaker: Karl Ebster-Schwarzenberger MSc has been working as a life and social counsellor, mediator and team developer for over 20 years and, now retired, offers his services on a non-profit basis. free of charge this seminar.
